Returns
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Non-Refundable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return or refund if opened, used, or damaged after delivery.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, and we will work to resolve the issue quickly.

Shipping Costs
